Java Developer
Ziath is a product-based company in Cambridge UK specialising in hi-tech sample management processes in life science. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a programmer to join the software development team. As a successful, profitable, cash-rich company we are small enough to be flexible and allow growth and development as the company grows.
This new role, ideal for a person with 3+ years of experience you will work with 3 highly experienced coders and the founder of the company to both support existing products and develop new ones. Which are manufactured on-site with a total team of 15 people.

Note that due to poor public transport in Cambridge the ability to drive would be useful (or to be a confident cyclist!).
Essential skills
- 3+ years of desktop programming experience with Java
- Bachelors (or equivalent experience) in a relevant computing or technical discipline
- Good understanding of OOP
- Ability to work to a deadline
- Good written and spoken English
- A keen willingness to learn and adapt
Desirable skills
- Angular
- Spring Boot
- RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres, MS SQL Server)
- IDEs such as IntelliJ, Visual Studio Code & Eclipse

Salary: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
